By placing an order or subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Please read this document carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Physical Books

Return Eligibility

You may return physical books purchased from Adani Online Book within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The book is in its original condition (unused, unmarked, and undamaged)
  • All original packaging, accessories, and free items (if any) are included
  • You have the original invoice or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Books that show signs of use, damage, or writing
  • Books with broken seals (if applicable)
  • Special order or customized items
  • Books purchased during clearance or special sales events (unless otherwise specified)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your Adani Online Book account
  2. Navigate to "Order History" and select the order containing the item you wish to return
  3. Click on "Return Item" and follow the instructions
  4. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
  5. Package the item securely with all original materials and include the RMA number
  6. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Digital Books and Content

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital books and content are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed, downloaded, or the download link has been provided, except in the following circumstances:

  • The digital content is corrupted or unreadable and cannot be fixed through troubleshooting
  • The digital content is significantly different from what was described or advertised
  • You have not yet accessed or downloaded the digital content (within 24 hours of purchase)

Refund Process for Digital Content

If you believe you qualify for a refund on digital content, please contact our customer service at digital@adanionlinebook.shop within 24 hours of purchase, providing:

  • Your order number
  • The title of the digital content
  • A detailed explanation of the issue
  • Any relevant screenshots or documentation of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours. If approved, refunds for digital content will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Subscription Services

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription to Adani Online Book services at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and navigating to "Subscription Management"
  • Selecting "Cancel Subscription" and following the prompts

Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing cycle
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method
  • No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the current billing period
  • Any downloaded content may remain accessible based on the terms of your subscription

Subscription Refunds

Refunds for subscription services may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues prevented you from accessing the subscription services for a significant period
  • You were charged multiple times for the same subscription period
  • You cancel within 24 hours of initial subscription (for new subscribers only)

To request a subscription refund, please contact our customer service with your account details and reason for the refund request. Each case will be reviewed individually, and decisions will be made at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

You may cancel an order for physical books before it has been shipped:

  • Log in to your account and navigate to "Order History"
  • Select the order you wish to cancel and click "Cancel Order"
  • If the "Cancel Order" option is not available, the order may have already been processed for shipping

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may refuse delivery or return the item following our return policy once received.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photos if possible
  3. Our team will guide you through the return or replacement process

For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement or process a full refund including original shipping charges.
